North Korea says its suspending all activity at the Kaesong industrial park, cutting one of the last links of cooperation between the reclusive north and South Korea.  The move raises speculation that country, ruled by Kim Jung Un will undertake a provocative act, which it has been threatening to do for weeks.

Concern in the region is rising, with Russian President Vladimir Putin saying any nuclear conflict would make the Chernobyl disaster look like a "child's fairy tale."  Just yesterday, a South Korean official added to that growing concern when he suggested there were clear indications that some sort of test was coming soon from the North.  Today, he says he misspoke.
