The commercial-free broadcast will air from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on WCVB-TV on Saturday, June 29.
Last month's Boston Strong concert, that starred several local and non local talent, raise only $2 million dollars.
Organizers of the concert are now going to rebroadcast the show in a bit to raise even more money for The One Fund Boston.
The event, that featured Aerosmith, New Kids on the Block, Dropkick Murphys, James Taylor and many others will be broadcast commercial-free on June 29th, on WCVB Channel 5.
The show raised money for victims of the April 15 Boston Marathon bombings and was highly criticized for not being televised, especially when the live stream video crashed during the show it deprived viewers of sets by the bands, Extreme, Boston and several others.
