$1 OF EVERY TICKET SOLD WILL BE DONATED TO THE ONE FUND BOSTON

 

Boston, MA (April 24, 2013) - World-wide, multi-platinum-selling singer and actress Selena Gomez announced yesterday that her 56-city world tour in support of her highly anticipated summer album will stop at Boston's TD Garden on Saturday, October 12. Today, the platinum-selling artist has announced that one dollar of every ticket sold for her Boston performance will be donated to The One Fund Boston - the charity created by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Tom Menino to help the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred in Boston on April 15, 2013.

Fans can catch Selena on her April 24 appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman and on the April cover of Harper’s Bazaar.Selena has also been nominated for and will perform at the Radio Disney Music Awards on April 27. 

 

As an artist, Selena has already sold more than 10 million singles in the U.S., along with three RIAA-certified top-ten debuting  gold albums, and three #1 Billboard Dance Singles. Her last album, When The Sun Goes Down with Selena Gomez & The Scene was released June 28, 2011 and was certified gold in November of that year.
