Jeff Kramer, a mailman from Colorado, is a dog lover. One dog in particular, a black lab named Tashi, is one of his favorites, though.
Kramer noticed that 14-year-old Tashi was having a tough time getting up and down the stairs and was having difficultly getting to the curb to greet him, like he used to. So, he used materials that he already had to make Tashi’s life a little easier.
