Of all the issues going on with schools, students, and life in general...and THIS is considered a major rule break?

A high school senior at Central York High School in Pennsylvania was SUSPENDED FOR THREE DAYS for...get this...ASKING MISS AMERICA TO PROM.

So Miss America was there talking about diversity and the importance of school and certain classes, and the dude got up with a plastic rose and asked her to prom. She thought it was adorable and laughed. His fellow students cheered.

...and the faculty got HEEEAATTTEEEDDDDD and suspended him for interrupting the assembly. Seriously? Of all the negative, dangerous crap that kid could've done...he asks Miss America to prom AND GETS REPRIMANDED?!
