From a young age, Matthew Watkins was known as “Matthew the Mailman” because he always dreamed of being a postal worker and showed the local mail carriers so much love.
One day, his family’s mail carrier noticed that he was, suddenly, not around. The postwoman looked into it, only to discover that he was in the hospital, diagnosed with leukemia.
The local mail carriers knew they had to do something for him when he returned home. Days later, 20 mail trucks showed up at the Watkins’ home.
