Mom of two and personal trainer Sia Cooper posts health and fitness videos, including many unique, situational workouts for moms on the go.
Most notably, a video of Cooper working out at Target caught the ire of many on social media. Some said she was obstructing and affecting other shoppers, others said she shouldn’t be exercising while she shops.
