Yesterday at Tufts Medical Center, a man and his best friend were briefly separated when the train doors on the Orange Line closed early, connecting the two by a leash and a powerful bond.
"This very good boy is stuck inside the orange line while his owner is on the platform. Apparently the operator shut the doors on his leash & now the door is stuck," wrote onlooker Krista Magnuson.
A few minutes later she posted an update: "The dog is free! The door is stuck open & a T dude is working on it."
All's well that ends well on the MBTA!
