Sunday night, many people tuned into CBS expecting to see the Grammys red carpet, only to be met by… golf?
Turns out, the Farmer’s Insurance Open was running over the allotted time, essentially bumping the broadcast until it was concluded.
During the drama, CBS Tweeted that the red carpet would be shown as soon as the golf wrapped up and that the Grammys would start in time at 7:30 p.m.
The golf broadcast wrapped just after 7 p.m., giving some unhappy people just under a half hour to check out the red carpet action.
