BOSTON (24/7 NewsSource) -- A couple from Brazil is accused of using skimming devices at ATMs in the Boston area.
Alexandre Kawamura and his wife Karem Kawamura were indicted on federal charges.
Prosecutors say surveillance cameras captured the pair placing and removing skimming devices at Eastern Bank drive-up ATMs in Stoneham, Saugus and Medford earlier this year.
A customer spotted the device and alerted police.
Both remain in custody.
