Kanye West has given back in a big way.

The "I Love It" rapper has reportedly donated $500,000 to those affected by the California wildfire. According to TMZ, Ye teamed up with Adidas and his Yeezy brand to raise the funds, which his wife Kim Kardashian presented on Wednesday's episode of The Ellen Degeneres Show. The donation was split in three: $200,00 went to the California Community Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund, $200,000 went to the California Fire Foundation, and $100,000 went to firefighter Michael Williams and his wife Lisa, who lost their home in the wildfire, but continued to battle the flames and saved many of their neighbors' homes.

Kim and Kanye also did everything they could to save their home, and their neighbors' homes from the California wildfire.

As previously reported, the couple hired a private team to battle the flames on their property. Days after the West family evacuated their home the blaze reached their house. TMZ was first to report that flames had reached their property on November 9. However, Kim and Kanye's hired team sprung into action as they were reportedly armed with hoses to combat the flames and even dug ditches to create a fire break, the gossip site reported last week. Their efforts not only successfully saved the Wests' $60 million mansion, but also the A-list couple's neighbors' homes. Since the couple's house "sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and borders a field" it is believed that if it caught fire it would have started "a domino effect on the whole neighborhood.
