BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Year-to-date recreational marijuana sales have surpassed $420 million in Massachusetts, the state's Cannabis Control Commission said on their website.
The commission's data also said that there were $437 million in gross sales since November 1, 2018, when retailers first opened in the state.
The overwhelming amount of purchases were for marijuana flower.
