Revere TV Shares COVID-19 Survivors' Stories

REVERE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — COVID-19 survivors are now sharing their stories on a platform created by the City of Revere and Revere TV.

Marvin Peña, a 35-year-old COVID-19 survivor, Iraq war veteran, and marathon runner, shared his story.

"The moment that I walked from the kitchen to the living room and I immediately felt like I just walked, you know, 25 hours," Peña said. "I was completely out of breath. That's when I realized something was wrong."

This is part of a campaign to show the importance of social distancing and wearing a mask to Revere residents.
