Facebook Lurking Can Make You Feel Miserable

A recent study found that people use Facebook more than they spend time on eating and drinking.  With so much time spent looking at others life and pictures can lead to users becoming envious and jealousy and go as far as leading to depression.

Think about it.  There are almost 2 billion people actively using Facebook and on average a person spends on average 50 minutes checking their news-feeds.  Compare that to Americans spending 19 minutes on average reading, 17 minutes on exercise (& for me even less LOL).  There are studies that suggest teens spend up to 9 HOURS on Facebook.

So I challenge you less hours on Facebook and more hours spent looking at my blog pageImage result for smiley winking emoji
