Artificial Food Dyes - Cereals, baked goods, candy, sports drinks, soda

Brominated Vegetable Oil - Used in sports drinks and citrus flavored soda

Farmed Salmon - wild is always better than farmed raised.

Olestara - found in free potato chips and French fries

Azodicarbonamide - WHAT?  It's found in TV dinners, boxed pastas.  Helps bleach flour

Synthetic Hormones (rBGH and rBST) - found in milk and dairy

BHA & BHT - found in gum, milk, butter, mixed nuts and cereal

Arsenic - crazy but used in chicken feed to make chicken flesh more pink and appear healthier

Potassium Bromate - found in wraps, flatbread, bagel chips.
