Signs Someone Has An Eating Disorder...

As the father of 2 young daughters, I am very aware of the seriousness of this issue.  I have had loved ones that have had to deal with this issue personally and it is so dangerous.  We will in a place where thin is good an fat is bad and in reality we should be accepting of our bodies as long as we are healthy.  Sure I post alot about working out and what you should and shouldn't eat but those are tips that fall in the "healthy" category and not the "you are fat" category.
