Quentin Tarantino is starting to put together the pieces for his next film, which will be about infamous Manson murders nearly 50 years ago.
The movie, which is still awaiting a title, was written by Tarantino, and he's also in line to direct. Both Harvey and Bob Weinstein, who have produced and executive produced Tarantino's past films, are reportedly (and not surprisingly) also involved.
The prospective film is currently in the stages of being shopped to studios to get them to help pay for and distribute the looming project. If you're the type who's interested in rumors that involve actual actors being named, know that both Jennifer Lawrence and Brad Pitt are said to have been approached for roles for the flick.
It's possible that one of the stories will be centered around the gruesome Sharon Tate murders.
If all goes according to plan, shooting for the film will take place around the summer of 2018.
