Well love is certainly in the air for Amy Schumer... the I Feel Pretty star is a married woman!
The Blast reported her secret wedding ceremony to chef Chris Fischer, which took place on February 13th, 2018 in Malibu and was attended by Larry David and Amy's pal Jennifer Lawrence.
When exactly did Amy and Chris get together? We're not totally sure, but we DO know Amy's assistant is Chris' sister!
An assistant and matchmaker in one? Now that is going above and beyond at your job.
We started hearing rumors about the couple in November when they were seen together at dinner in New York City, and most recently they were seen arriving to the NBC Studios for Saturday Night Live together, only the second time they were seen together in person.
And by the way, they only made their Instagram debut as a couple this past Sunday after attending Ellen DeGeneres' birthday party.
Soooo who is this Chris Fischer?
He is a 37-year-old chef who lives on Beetlebung Farm in Martha’s Vineyard and is the writer of the James Beard Award-winning Beetlebung Farm Cookbook.
His restaurant Beach Plum is said to be favorite of Barack and Michelle Obama, according to Esquire.
Chris originally rose to fame while working as Mario Batali’s sous chef at the Manhattan restaurant, Babbo.
Chris seems to keep a bit more private - which maybe explains he and Amy keeping their relationship quiet until the photo posted on Sunday AND the secret wedding ceremony - but maybe now that he and Amy are married we will get a bit more of a look at his life through hers?
