If you're not into having just ONE New Year's Resolutions, you can try some alternatives to the traditional New Year's Resolutions and try these fun and easy options.
Option 1: Find a “Nudge Word” - Instead of setting a specific goal, choose a word that captures the mind-set you want to adopt in 2025 –a word that will nudge you toward positive change whenever you think of it!
Option 2: Create a “To-Don’t List” for the New Year - Example: Don’t schedule more than one appointment or event per day.
Option 3: Make a “One-Month Resolution” – Example: “Dry January”
Option 4: Make a Series of “One-Month Resolutions” – Example: For tackling a bunch of tedious tasks. For January, goal is to de-clutter your desk. In February, do my taxes. In March, work on a home improvement project etc.
Option 5: Bring more healthy pleasures into your life – Examples: Get a regular pedicure, read more books, or see a film or go to an art event every month.
What do you think? I kinda like it!
