Here Are Some Alternatives To Traditional New Years Resolutions!

If you're not into having just ONE New Year's Resolutions, you can try some alternatives to the traditional New Year's Resolutions and try these fun and easy options.

Option 1: Find a “Nudge Word” - Instead of setting a specific goal, choose a word that captures the mind-set you want to adopt in 2025 –a word that will nudge you toward positive change whenever you think of it!

Option 2: Create a “To-Don’t List” for the New Year - Example: Don’t schedule more than one appointment or event per day.

Option 3: Make a “One-Month Resolution” – Example: “Dry January”

Option 4: Make a Series of “One-Month Resolutions– Example: For tackling a bunch of tedious tasks. For January, goal is to de-clutter your desk. In February, do my taxes. In March, work on a home improvement project etc.

Option 5: Bring more healthy pleasures into your life – Examples: Get a regular pedicure, read more books, or see a film or go to an art event every month.
