BUT I work out every day and like to get my facts straight! According to its okay to ditch your uncomfortable undies during your sweat session as long as you ...

1. Choose your materials wisely- aka spandex only NOT cotton 

2. Wash your leggings right away after wearing them once- ( i never do this) 

3. Change into dry close immediately- i can handle that
