Sitting is definitely the new smoking! Sometimes you can go hourssss sitting at your desk or in your car or at dinner without even realizing it until you literally have to get up and go to the bathroom. Sitting has some bad side effects on your body including posture, tight hip flexers, cramped legs and more. Here is a good workout you can try at home or on your lunch break. I do some of these moves from SELF Magazine in my classes and find it helps strengthen my hips/ gluets/ core... Benefits you get a nice booty. ;)
