The AWKWARD week in between Christmas and New Years has me feeling relaxed and lazy ( in a good way.) Butttt...I want to feel a step ahead of the game Jan 1 so i have been doing THIS quick, easy 12 minute cardio routine before i start my day. It is so short that it's over before i even realized it started! I try to fit fitness in my day at least once a day, i have been doing a lot of walking lately ( i love it) but moves like these get my heart rate up in a short amount of time making them perfect for a quick sweat.
