Are You Tired All The Time?

#Whileyouweresleeping... literally 

Heyyy being tired all the time is a THING.. but you shouldn't 'just' accept it! I work in the overnights so i know what it's like to feel  sleepy.. and its NO fun. It can be SO unhealthy ( especially for your metabolism.) 

Here are 3 easy ways i try to avoid being tied:

1. Drink water... all the time

2. include veggies in almost all of my meals ( even spinach in a smoothie ocunts!) 

3. I don;t look at my phone in bed while i am trying to fall asleep.
