As a BIG walker i figured I would share this with you. I discovered everything about the cities I have lived in, simply by walking. I find it helps me feel creatively inspired, calm and motivated... plus its extra healthy for you especially on days when you don't really feel like hitting it hard. I recently started walking with my friends on facetime every weekend! They live in a different state but we facetime (with Airpods) for our weekly 4 mile walk.
