On my feed this morning I saw a video from Surgeon General Vivek Murphy that 13 years old is too young for children to be on social media. Although I agree with him in saying that kids are still navigating their own self worth and we need to be careful with how they ingest information ( among many other reasons to not be on social media,) I don't believe we can keep them off. So what do we do?
