For those of us just doing it for the ‘Gram, this model may have just figured out the perfect way to get those vacation shots without actually taking a trip.
Instagram model Natalia Taylor faked a Bali vacation with convincing pics she snapped at her local IKEA.
She captioned this first post, simply “The queen has arrived:”
Taylor was very strategic with her camera angles at the store to make sure she didn’t give her location away. Judging by the comments, people totally bought it.
On her YouTube channel, she described Bali as “the perfect place to fake an influencer vacation and lie to all of my followers.” Taylor’s video shows her going around to the various displays and staging her photos, as customers continue to shop around her. “This video isn’t sponsored by IKEA, although I wish it was,” she said.
