Health Screening for iHeartRadio Jingle Ball at TD Garden

As part of the entry requirements for iHeartRadio Jingle Ball, guests 12 and older must provide proof of vaccination or a negative qualifying COVID test in order to enter.

  • iHeartRadio has partnered with CLEAR to utilize the Health Pass feature, to provide easy proof of COVID-related health insights for faster entry for users 14 and older. To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free here: https://clear.app.link/iHeartRadio_JingleBall-Boston
  • For the most efficient entry possible, all ticket holders age 14 and up should sign up for CLEAR to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (within 72 hours) in order to enter the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball
  • Trust and transparency are CLEAR’s top priority, and with Health Pass, users are always in control of their health information. Personal information is only used to deliver a frictionless and secure experience with CLEAR and iHeartRadio. You can read more details about this in CLEAR’s Privacy Policy here.

  • Full instructions on how to complete your Health Pass see below:
  1. Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile
  2. Tap ‘Events’ and the ‘iHeartRadio Jingle Ball’ tile and select where you will be attending
  3. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test
  • Link proof of vaccination - CDC card upload (recommended)
    • When prompted to add your vaccination, tap ‘add your vaccination card’ to upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card
    • Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information
      • Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a green or red Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.
    • Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
  • Link proof of vaccination - Digitally link
    • Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.
    • If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time. Please go back and upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card!
    • Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.
    • If found, your results will link automatically and it may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass- do not try to resync your results
    • Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
  • Link proof of vaccination - SMART QR Code
    • Tap ‘SMART QR Code’ and follow the prompts to upload your QR code
    • Once confirmed, complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
  • Link negative COVID-19 test result
    • Select your testing provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR.
    • The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please be prepared to bring a physical copy of your test results and your ID
    • Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
  1. Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile and produce your pass. Green is good to go! Be ready to show security for faster entry.

Are you a minor between 14 and 17? Please follow the below steps with your parent/guardian.

To add a minor to the parent/guardian account:

  1. Open the CLEAR app on parent/guardian’s device
  2. Tap the Profile icon on the bottom right hand corner
  3. Under the “My CLEAR” section, tap “Minor Accounts”
  4. Your parent or guardian will go through the enrollment process and then be prompted to add in your email address, set up your account, and have you snap a selfie!

Once your parent or guardian has set up your account, all you need to do is:

  1. Download CLEAR on minor’s device
  2. Log in with the email and password your parent or guardian set up with you
  3. Tap on the white Health Pass tile and select the venue.
  4. Add your proof of vaccine through the CDC card upload option
