- ¾ Cup of Coconut Oil
- ½ Tbsb Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Cocoa (Optional)
Seal and store the mixture in the fridge and add a teaspoon or two to your coffee every morning.
