  • ¾ Cup of Coconut Oil
  • ½ Tbsb Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Cocoa (Optional)

Seal and store the mixture in the fridge and add a teaspoon or two to your coffee every morning.
