Animal lovers all over the world are horrified by the footage coming out of an Indonesian Zoo- emaciated bears BEGGING for scraps thrown by visitors.
The zoo denies they're being mistreated, despite the fact that the mostly-concrete enclosure often floods and the bears are obviously not okay.
