Nissan has issued a recall for 340k+ Altima sedans. The vehicles in question were manufactured between September 17, 2015 and October 6, 2016.

The recall was prompted over issues with the rear passenger door handle. The latch-lock cable for the door may be improperly routed and may interfere with the power window regulator. Due to the routing, the rear passenger door may open when the switch to lower the window is pressed.

Nissan has promised to notify all owners within 60 days of the recall’s submission.
