A truly devastated Sydney couple are the subjects of a tragic mistake.
At 28 weeks, an ultrasound showed their unborn daughter had an enlarged bladder and labor had to be induced. Sadly, the child was stillborn.
She spent 9 days in the morgue. Then, instead of being sent for an autopsy in order to figure out what happened to prevent it in future pregnancies, the hospital wrongly sent for her to be cremated.
