Jennifer Garner has filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, according to TMZ.
Both parties filed pro per (without a lawyer). Her petition and his response are a mirror of one another and were filed together, so it appears to be a coordinated effort.
They both want joint custody and left the subject of spousal support open. There is no prenup, TMZ has learned.
The divorce could become final within six months.
