Steve Stephens, who has been the center of a manhunt since Sunday, killed himself in Erie, Pa., according to the Erie Times-News.
Before tweeting that Stephens' suicide was confirmed, the newspaper reported the suicide of a man in a Ford Fusion in Erie.
