TMZ has obtained the suicide note Aaron Hernandez wrote to his fiancé, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez. In the note, he tells her she will be rich.

In Massachusetts, when someone dies after being convicted of a crime, they are only considered guilty postmortem after their appeal process is exhausted. So, whereas Hernandez’s case was pending appeal, he may have died an innocent man, according to state law.

The argument now is that the New England Patriots may not have legal grounds to deny Hernandez the remainder of his salary, which is $6 million. The thinking is that Hernandez knew of the stipulation and that Shayanna was his beneficiary.
