Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in relation to an apparent suicide bomber attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England that killed 22 people.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility following the apparent attack.
The incident lead to nightlong searches for loved ones, many of whom had to rely on social media to reunite.
Ariana Grande, who was not injured, later Tweeted "broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words."
