Patriots’ Stephon Gilmore Voted First-Team All-Pro

It’s unanimous - New England Patriots corner Stephon Gilmore is an All-Pro. The Associated Press announced their NFL All-Pro teams Friday and Gilmore was just one of two players selected by all 50 voters for First-Team honors, along with Saints receiver Michael Thomas.

Gilmore had six interceptions and 20 passes defensed during the regular season.

Patriots’ special teams captain Matthew Slater was also voted to the First-Team after receiving 37 votes.

New England defensive players Dont'a Hightower, Devin McCourty, Kyle Van Noy, Jamie Collins, Jonathan Jones and J.C. Jackson all received votes. Guard Joe Thuney was voted to the Second-Team. Julian Edelman and Nate Ebner also received votes.
