BROCKTON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — What's being called a 'cybersecurity incident' on Monday has been impacting operations at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital.

Suspicious activity on its information systems forced several changes at the hospital, including cancelling its chemotherapy infusion services and rerouting ambulance arrivals to other hospitals.

In-patient and walk-in emergency services were not affected, but hospital officials said there have been some delays in getting treatment.

The hospital also said its retail pharmacies on Liberty Street in Brockton and on Donald's Way in East Bridgewater were closed on Tuesday.

The hospital is working with authorities to investigate the incident, but doesn't have an estimate on how long it will take to restore all of its systems to normal.
