How Much Time Do You Spend On The Floor? "Floor Time" Has It's Benefits!

TikTok, is all about “floor time” right now.

It seems like floor time is the go-to move for anyone who’s stressed, overwhelmed, or sad, as well as anyone who just needs to relax.

So, after a break-up… floor time!

After a long day… floor time!

Bad mood??... floor time!

Even Taylor Swift’s lyric “Lying on the cold, hard ground” from “I Knew You Were Trouble”…is something we have all experienced.

And for adults it’s apparently extra soothing…because it brings benefits similar to a more intentional practice, like at the end of a yoga class.

It’s the ultimate grounding…so if you feel stressed today try some floor time!
