The 3 minutes at the end of Yoga class is NEVER enough, especially if I do a lunch break class ( p.s i go HERE if you ever wanna take a class together.) Apparently this gym in the U.K is offering full on nap classes where the room temp makes for the perfect napping conditions AND they even give you a pillow and blankie.
Well... Monday just got a LOT brighter!... Or sleepier?
