Are Iguanas Falling From The Sky in Miami?!

Temperatures hit below 50 degrees in Miami this week and when that happens, Iit can be bad for our warm climate wildlife. Although 50 doesn't seem low for some, for Iguana body temperatures go dormant at 45 degrees causing some Iguanas to fall from their trees. According to CNN meteorologist Allison Chinchar, Iguanas go into a "Protective, dormant like state." A full gown male can weight 20 lbs at 5feet long, which can be quite dangerous to humans!
